SUDASOL TQM is a state of art product designed to formulate NITROBENZENE EW (Emulsion in Water) formulations. The product has been designed for the formulators of NITROBENZENE EW keeping in mind the cost efficacy and ease of use. The product inculcates following features:-

No additional thickening agent (Gum) is required to improve the viscosity

Emulsion made is smooth and homogenous

Cost-effective because of extremely low dose (0.8-1%)

Easy to use.
PROCEDURE
-
Add Nitrobenzene technical and required quantity of DMW (Demineralized Water) in a stirring vessel.

Start stirring.
-
Slowly add SUDASOL TQM under stirring so that it evenly mixes with the material.

Once the calculated quantity of TQM is added you will see that the white emulsion is formed
-
Keep stirring for some time to achieve homogenous mixing
-
Product is ready
NOTE: Stirring should not be such that on adding SUDASOL TQM it sticks to the wall of vessel due to centrifugal force.
DMW should be of 0-5 TDS
DOSE: 0.8-1% of the formulation. E.g. for making 100 kg 20% Nitrobenzene EW one has to add

Please note if the viscosity achieved after adding 1% Sudasol TQM is not enough for the observer, then the dose can be taken up to 1.25%
Application :
- SUDASOL TQM is a single component formulation for preparing Nitrobenzene 20% emulsion in water.
DOSAGE:
- 0.7-1%.
PROCESS (for 100Kg emulsion):
-
Take 20 kg. Nitrobenzene.

Add 79-79.3 Kg D.M. / R.O.water.
-
Start stirring.
-
Add 0.7-1 Kg SUDASOL TQM very slowly under continuous stirring.
-
Stir further for 15-30 minutes till full viscosity is achieved.
NOTE: The effective cost of SUDASOL TQM will be Rs.3.00 to Rs.4.00 to prepare 1Kg of 20% Nitrobenzene Emulsion.
PACKING: 50Kg HDPE Jerry cane and 210 kg HDPE Barrels
NOTE:
- There may be slight separation in Sudasol TQM.Hence please mix it well to make it homogeneous before use.
- The dose of Sudasol TQM is to be adjusted as per the viscosity of the emulsion required. Normally a dose of just 1% of Sudasol TQM (1 kg. Sudasol TQM / 100 kg emulsion) is sufficient.
