SUDASOL BT 50 is a state of art product designed to formulate Pretilachlor/Butachlor EW (Emulsion in Water) formulations. The product has been designed for the formulators of Pretilachlor/Butachlor EW keeping in mind the cost efficacy and ease of use. The product inculcates following features:-

Single component system

No additional thickening agent (Gum) is required to improve the viscosity
-
Emulsion made is smooth and homogenous
-
Cost-effective because of extremely low dose (0.8-1%)
-
Easy to use.
PROCEDURE
-
Add Butachlor/pretilachlor technical and required quantity of DMW (Demineralized Water) in a stirring vessel.
-
Start stirring.
-
Slowly add SUDASOL BT 50 under stirring so that it evenly mixes with the material.

Once the calculated quantity of BT-50 is added you will see that the white emulsion is formed
-
Keep stirring for some time to achieve homogenous mixing
-
Product is ready
NOTE: Stirring should not be such that on adding SUDASOL BT-50 it sticks to the wall of vessel due to centrifugal force.
DMW should be of 0-5 TDS
DOSE: 0.8-1% of the formulation. E.g. for making 100 kg 37% Butachlor EW one has to add

Please note if the viscosity achieved after adding 1% Sudasol BT 50 is not enough for the observer then the dose can be taken upto 1.25%
